eDwaar is an assisted e-Commerce platform which acts as a door connecting service providers with consumers. We are the bridge between Online & Offline world, enabling a host of services from regular mobiles, electronic products, home consumables, fashion & accessories, etc to health services (via tele-medicine), insurance products and much more. The services are enabled via captive neighbourhood stores who maintain the complete infrastructure to select and order these services. The consumers are guided by the trained store owners about services & products and act as close consultants. The services are delivered at consumers doorstep with the assistance of the store owner, who is responsible for consumer experience, brand image and end-to-end quality.
The objective is to provide our massive non-urban population an access to all that is available to people in urban centres. In the process we also offer regional players a means to reach out to an untapped market and a massive aspiring potential customer base.
Last Mile Commerce: Any product or service needs a human interface to make that leap from Cart to Closure. This is what our vast network of agents enable through the length and breadth of the country. We support a wide variety of offerings from our partners, spread across industries from e-commerce to healthcare to insurance to specific products. Our agents help our partners showcase value, collect payment for them, and ensure order processing, all the while acting as trusted neighbourhood counsellor for our customers.
Last Mile Marketing: Through our vast network, we support our partner's brand & help the message to reach the remotest corner of this country. Be it by putting up a hoarding, distributing a pamphlet, conducting a survey, running an on-ground campaign or any other miscellaneous assignment. Our force is ever willing to support cause of our partners. They share their requirements and the region where it needs to be executed; our team handles the implementation and closes the project with documented evidence of their flawless execution.
Last mile delivery: Our vast network of agents are enabled to work as on-ground representatives of our partners. They are well equipped to support a variety of use cases such as last mile delivery of goods that may not be supported by regular delivery networks. Set of L1 services such as product demonstration, product installation, shipping for repair, minor modifications,setting adjustments etc. They can act as on-ground trouble shooters before there is a need for an expert intervention. With due training, these agents can also act as warranty supporters, extend the support network to thousands of centres.
We have a very process oriented engagement model. After a detailed discussion with our partners on their objectives, target geography and related logistics, we identify the relevant agents and engage with them to develop the end-to-end sales for an uninterrupted delivery flow.
For Last Mile Commerce, selected agents are trained on the product / service, value propositions, branding guidelines, messaging to consumer, competitive landscape etc. These are typically done via pre-recorded videos shared through our Training platform and re-enforced by online / face-to-face workshops. If there is a compliance / regulatory requirement, we also facilitate necessary certification.
Last Mile Marketing is often a transaction-based assignment and the task is rolled out to identified agents though our Campaign Management Tool. This is an end-to-end platform for assigning, accepting, managing, monitoring, and closing tasks. All steps are supported with due documentation, starting with creatives & detailed instructions, and ending with hard execution evidence.
Last Mile Delivery is a regular engagement channel that requires the agents to act as representatives of the brand. They are duly trained (and often certified) to handle the tasks they need to perform such as product demo or repair, and also equipped with necessary tools. They will be the partner brands 1st point of contact for customer issues and uphold brands promise of quality support.
